Had a 5am appointment, got here at 430am, check in... They made a mistake and put me out of the system. Being it their mistake, they didn't even expedite me so, they just gave me another appointment time with no explanation. It's 1135am I'm still here waiting bc of them. You get one star rating bc there's no zero star.

Everything was ok, only issue is that they have me a drop location that was already taken. So i had to find a spot myself.

I have an appointment for 10am. Do they allow overnight parking? I've read over the review and I'm seeing a lot that say yes, and I also seen a few that said no, and possibly towed after 15mins.

They park on the street at your own risk. There is a pilot as soon as you get off 295
This bj's location is horrible far as unloading I had a 7 pm appointment been there since 4 pm and ain't start unloading me until 11 and they want you to wait in a truck lounge until they unload you that place is a joke never going there again
