I arrived to pick up my vehicle and I was greeted with a smile by the manager his name was Robert. My car was reserved on line so my paper work was ready in minutes after I handed him my drivers license and credit card. The car was clean and it was the vehicle of my choice. Upon returning my rental it took no time for them to inspect vehicle and I was on my way. Fast and prompt service with a smile. 🌞

Manager or Supervisor (can’t remember his title) but he was a very nice gentleman! Held a conversation with me while I waited for my ride and they overall vibe at the location was pleasant 12/23/2021. Actually looking to rent from here myself this week!

They were fantastic! I was in a pinch when my car broke down, they were able to pick me up after my car got towed. While on the way to Enterprise I called Triple A to reserve the rental. When arriving it was ready to go along with the things I needed to sign for. I was able to go Immediately & get to my appointment on time for my 2nd vaccination shot. From the person who picked me up, to all involved my sincere thanks!!
