The ambulantory surgical unit is amazing. The staff is super friendly, kind and very professional. They have everything from check-in to pickup down to a science and it is a well running surgical center. I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of while there. And a week later, I received a get well soon card from all the nurses... Wow!

For people waiting in that covid testing line. Starting under the 405 bridge on Figueroa. That spot to the parking lot was an hour and 45 mins and once your in the parking lot it was an hour and 15 mins. Total wait time 3 hours. Definitely saw a few kinks that if worked out would have made it a lot more smooth. Ie you fill out a piece of paper with all your info on it and car info. Well we beat that pack of papers to the final check in area so there was about 5-10 mins of delay time waiting for our info to come. It was a small thing but would probably make a huge difference in wait times if you factor in that happening with multiple groups

This facility is very clean & has a calming atmosphere. The staff members treat you with care and concern and always have smiling faces. Today I am here for my first dose of Moderna and it has been a pleasant experience! 😊

It’s so beautiful and welcoming place, didn’t even know it existed here in this area. This Kaiser was so cleaned and organized. Even staffs, Doctors were super friendly and helpful. They sure know how to welcome patients and make us feel more comfortable. Great place to come by.
