Awful. This company makes a product called Perma Ice that is almost impossible to get. There is always an issue with packaging or manufacturing that causes this product to be unavailable for months, leaving customers with no options. After speaking with Bob Parrish (who seemed to have little care or concern) about when the product will be available, I realized that they really don’t care one way or another about it. Horrible customer service, I hope another company will create this product so people don’t have to deal with this!

Prices are good especially if you purchase by the case. They are pretty nice when I've visited. But, its difficult get assistance when you call with a question. Keep in mind that they don't open weekends. It is a warehouse and I couldn't find prices on anything whenever I've shopped there. Been easier to shop online even though I prefer to support local. They have the largest selection of baking pans I've ever seen.
