HelloFresh started out good but now this is the second week where my box got cancelled without telling me. Last week my box was destroyed and now this week no box. I do NOT recommend them! Plus they keep going up on cost.

Well I have worked at hello fresh for a while now and I have heard several stories like this before if you are talking about your Box that was going to be delivered with your food and you were planning on receiving it And when you checked on it they told you that the system can't fill it out for it aired out and then when you ask for the reason they tell you that it was some type of system air or some type of air that they were unaware of But you are not the only one that has asked this question and myself I have heard this from other people that also work there I work at it in New Jersey I am not sure where you are located
