1. You need plenty of time They are always very busy. 2. You could call the store but they may not be able to answer because they are alwasy very busy. 3. You could just go to the store without an appointment abd just wait because they are very busy. 4. Search the web for an answer to your question. And ONLY if you don't find an answer that you can apply yourself. If not choose 1,2, or 3.
