Office staff are unhelpful and uncaring. One in particular is downright hateful. I'd take her being fake pleasant, and me knowing it's fake, over her nastiness, rudeness and disdain. Been in the job too long? Not sure, but remember who you are serving. Grieving people. The duck pond needs attention as does the central garden. Would have given 1 star but the grounds staff were nice and the cemetery as a whole is pretty.

The office is really helpful in helping you find your relatives however I’ve found over the years they’ve really neglected the duck pond. It used to be a lot prettier:

I believe during spring and summer the gates stay open until 7 and during fall and winter they close at 6

Why were Christmas flowers removed last week when the sign clearly said clean up the last week in January? Certainly shows a lack of consideration for families who put out flowers and try to follow the rules.
