The park is not fully enclosed although it does have alot of perimeter fencing. It is not a dog park, but a Community Park that allows dogs. We are working with the local governments to try to create some officially designed dog parks in Winder. There are a few already in discussions and/or development. Fort Yargo has a dog park planned.
