My boyfriend just went last Thursday to renew his DL and change address. He didn't make an appointment, took his old DL and mortgage statement for address proof. He was in and out in probably 30 mins.

As long as you have all your info the same download the app and do a pre app so you are prepared. Must have 2 forms of government id as well. Birth certificate and SS card are accepted
