I recently got married and would like to change/add the name on my license. Do I need an appointment? If so, what documents I need to bring with me? Or can I change my name on-line? Best Regards

I think that you can change it on the website @DDS. GA. Gov and put in your information n you should be able to do it without going to the dmv

I don't know I would check the website and I believe appointments are only for testing.
