Schedule an appoinment online. On their website, fill a form with your initial information. If you don't find the form is ok, you can do it while you are there. You will need 2 proof of residency ( I had the new insurance and a bill) Also, you will need your ID. Be ready to pay the fee. After you obtain your new ID you can procede to register your vehicle. Do not forget to take the title with you.
