Hell no they dont!!! They told me to pull to the side and wait for my shakes... 20 min later my food was cold and still no shakes so I called from my car to tell them to bring new fries and got no answer. 10 min later I locked my kids in the car to come inside and wait another 10 min for a refund(during that time my kid had an accident) so 50 min, no food, 2 screaming 1 year olds and a pissy 3 year old smh NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Really, I also went inside to talk to them and was totally ignored with seven customers inside.
Steak and shake by stonecrest is usually backed up with customers inside and in the drive through. 20 minutes sounds extreme, but expect a wait on weekends and popular times. Nonetheless, they care. But don't expect amazing speed and service often here.
