They will not fill a prescription until you physically arrive and ask for it. The dr. sent the prescription in at 10am it is not 430p and they say “call back in a couple of hours” who is running this pharmacy? The last time I asked the lady what the process is bc it took forever, she said to call first. Now I call to be told call back in 2 hours! And when I go up there after being told what time to come back the lady says, give me 15 minutes to get it together. WHY IS IT NOT ALREADY TOGETHER IF YOU HAD ALL DAMN DAY!?!?! They are nice but slow as molasses!

It's a hit and miss when it comes to customer service and timeliness. They fell off in this store particularly it has become a place I rarely visit. I prefer to drive further for better products and customer service. Waiting on meds is stressful changing my Pharmacy. The actual pharmacist was super impatient and rude. She was supposed to call the Dr. About the prescription but told me I should call just can't rely on businesses in your community are customer service deprived.

This pharmacy is the best I have found since moving here. They are all very nice and courteous the pharmacists will answer any questions and call you with any issues with your meds. They all knew my name after a few trips. I love my pharmacy!
