I had asked for onion rings instead of fries, and paid the extra. The girl in the drive thru was very rude......refused to give me the onion rings. I know how it is to have a bad day...hope her night got better.

Maybe like other places, they can’t find people who want to work. When we where there (4/2022) I only saw 3 employee’s and a person doesn’t take your order; you put in your order and pay at the Kiosk.
Yes, Steak 'n Shake are hiring, because my Grandson got hired about 5 weeks, ago. So, stop by and SEE Management. Also, other Restaurants are hiring in that same area.

They've been short handed of late
Hell no they dont!!! They told me to pull to the side and wait for my shakes... 20 min later my food was cold and still no shakes so I called from my car to tell them to bring new fries and got no answer. 10 min later I locked my kids in the car to come inside and wait another 10 min for a refund(during that time my kid had an accident) so 50 min, no food, 2 screaming 1 year olds and a pissy 3 year old smh NEVER AGAIN!!!!
