The lady helping us yesterday at station 11 window said that my daughter needed a school ID to get her driving permit. So after waiting two weeks for an appt, we had to leave. The state of Louisiana cancelled the requirement for school ID two years ago. It’s ashamed that she wasted our time with her made up rules… incompetency

Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992) Amendment Vill Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. The State Police and Jakes towing directly violated my constitutional rights on July 7th, 2022 after a man rear ended me at a red light and fled the scene. At the time I was en route to my cosmetology school when the incident occurred. When State Trooper, Jean Fritz-Cadet finally arrived at the scene an hour later (Jefferson Parish police department wasn’t even a mile from the incident) he seized my vehicle for not having insurance (I couldn’t afford it while in school full time). I begged and pleaded that he give me a green sticker that legally allows me 3 days to obtain insurance on the car so that it wouldn’t disrupt my education. Unfortunately I was coldly and callously denied the request so both The State police and Jakes towing worked hand in hand to literally steal my property without due process. Not only was my property stolen, the state police, the Louisiana OMV, and the towing company have implemented cruel and excessive fines, fees, and multiple other expenses that directly violates Amendment Vlll of our U.S. constitution and failed to allow a tax paying citizen DUE PROCESS before stealing my property. I believe that driving without insurance should come with a penalty, however violating constitutional rights and extorting poor folks backed by supposed “law” that crooked politicians slipped into law, regardless of our constitutional rights deems these laws unjust and unconstitutional. Not to mention the variety of obstacles that are most certainly deliberately placed so that the State and Jakes towing can both work hand in hand, making a profit from the impoverished, ultimately so they can then apply for the title of my vehicle and turn around and sell it. THIS IS WRONG AND UNJUST. I can’t imagine how many other people this has happened to and I hope that those people were able to find other means of transportation so that they could continue to move forward in life. Some of us weren’t so lucky. Shame on Louisiana State Police and Jakes Towing for engaging in this obvious illegal activity. I hope both of your institutions get what’s coming to you in the end. Oh and search State Trooper, Jean Fritz-Cadet and you’ll find that he’s since left Jefferson Parish Police after fatally killing an older woman during a pursuit where he turned off his lights and siren. He T-boned the woman, killing her instantly and the department covered it up. Now he works for Louisiana State Police so watch out for Jean Fritz-Cadet. He’s a murderer. At least I didn’t kill anyone. I drove without insurance because I couldn’t afford it at the time, trying to better my life and if that makes me a criminal so be it, but at least I’m not a killer.

My wife was given a speedy ticket this morning . The trooper was unprofessional, and he was triggered , and very insulting. This trooper escalated the tension level with his screaming commands and general unprofessionalism . And this Trooper refused to not spray his breath over my wife , while she tried to social distance herself from this unmasked screaming Trooper ? You would think after so many State Troopers have died from COVID-19 . They would wear a mask ?
