I'd just call corporate. They never answer the phone

For some illogical reason they won't answer the phone,I was told by employees we don't answer the phone we don't have to because of staffing but hard on the customer service especially when you only get orders right 65-75% of the time.
Any McDonald's should be able to help you as long as you have your receipt. You can also call another McDonald's maybe there is a way that they can get through as well.
If no one is answering the phone, you will have to go in person to the McDonald's Location your order was placed! Please make sure you take your reciept, ask to speak to the Mgr in Person! Or First try call *McDonalds Corporate Office* Customer Service! That's about all I can think of! Best Wishes
