Had been going for a long time. I guess places change after time. I should have read the up to date reviews. I guess family eye care has gone to the "they don't care" we drove along way to get here. Lie to us on the phone and in person. Please go any were else don't make the same mistake we and others made. Read reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 others just walked in with complaints

The professionalism and welcomeness I felt during my daughters visit was incredible. My toddler was obviously terrified in the beginning but every single staff member in the building had her smiling from ear to ear at the end of her visit. All my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered despite how abnormal the question was. I will definitely be recommending Family Eyecare of the Carolinas.

Front desk staff was nice and friendly, the dr my son saw not so much he seemed agitated and annoyed with my toddler, will never be returning here just for that reason. Never have seen such a thing at any other doctors visits that I have ever been to. I went here because dr specialized with pediatrics and it most definitely did not seem like it.
