I needed a new washer. I didn’t want to go to a big box store and try to find someone to help me. Kees Appliance has all the options available and the customer service was outstanding. Arnold helped us find exactly what we wanted. We put our order in on Saturday and it was delivered and installed today, earlier then expected which was a welcomed surprise. If you are in the market for a new appliance I highly recommend.

Purchased a high price French door refrigerator 9 months ago from Kees appliance center. The refrigerator Carries a 1 year warranty, it started to lose Freon, I contacted Kees to report problem and to find out what I needed to do. This is where the story starts, they had a repairman here a few days later, he diagnosed the problem and told me that some of the parts were on back order, I called Kees again and spoke with Robert he told me he would contact the manufacturer of the Fridge, the next day Kees was at my house installing a new exact same Fridge. I have heard of some of the Big Box Store fiascos, and that’s why I will always say “Buy Local”, Thank you Robert, And Kees Appliance’s.

We have now replaced every major appliance in our home with appliances from Kees; the stuff from the big box stores didn't measure up. Their sales people are super, know their products and don't make frivolous recommendations. The installers are great, always there when scheduled and teach you how to use your appliances. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Purchased a new 30 inch gas range and the purchasing portion went well with fairly quick delivery, however the delivery people were not knowledgeable with the appliance they were installing. They tore the stove apart looking for a gas valve to replace (from NG to LPG) at one point told me that there was only one in the oven and I had to look it up to show that there were two, then used Youtube videos to try and find it, and told me that they wished Kees would send gas people to install the gas stoves... eventually it got replaced and installed but not before the oven interior finish was damaged, and scratches to the exterior. Tip to shoppers may be find your own installer...
