I have a friend who got the first Covid shot and then got Covid. She has more antibodies then people who have had both shots. She has MS and her doctor has advised her not to get the second shot What can she do to gain entrance?

Proof of a negative test within 72 hours prior to the event is acceptable. At-home tests are not sufficient.
