Don't walk, RUN from this company! If I could give 0 stars I would. We contacted our local Glass Guru to get an estimate to replace the balances in 2 of our windows. The technician came to our house and placed 4 X's on our windows indicating we needed 4 balances (2 per window). We got the estimate a few days later and paid the 50% deposit. When the technician came to fix our windows he only had 1 balance and 3 tilt clips. He stated that this happens 3-4 times a week when the person doing the estimate puts the wrong parts or numbers in and then they have to come back to finish the job. After a week, I called and eventually was told by Tammy that the new estimate would be an additional $400 since the original estimate ordered the wrong amount of parts. When I looked at the estimate, I was being charged the labor all over again. When I questioned this, she said of course we would pay for labor again because they would have to come back again even though the fault was their technician's. I found out the next day from a different local company that the tilt clips that were replaced (they were not malfunctioning at the time of the first estimate and I was not aware that was the part being ordered) were the wrong size and have huge gaps around them now. This business is taking advantage of people by incorrectly providing estimates that require them to "come back out" at the cost of the consumer. We are out $400 for a job they were hired to do and did not complete/incorrectly repaired. Live and learn and never use this company!!!

We had a window broken as a result of an attempted burglary. The Glass Guru team was responsive, understanding, and got the repair done in about half the time they had originally estimated. Very satisfied with the quality of their work, and their excellent customer service skills!
