They were out of a lot when I visited 8/22/22. No white meat nor jalapeños. Not really a Church’s without a pepper to go with a nice 3 pc mixed and a biscuit. Lady taking order was nice, apologetic and tried her best to compensate for the inconvenience experienced.

I was extremely disappointed. I was there to pick up a delivery; 3 piece with a large drink. Employees were rude, store was disgustingly dirty, bathroom sign said "out of order" (but I snuck in & it worked fine; just very dirty), they were out of large cups (so the customer got a medium but paid for a large) and I waited over 20 minutes!! The girl yelled & spoke down at me for asking if it was ready yet. They need a serious attitude adjustment and some customer service training not to mention, please teach them how to clean that dump of a place. I'll never go back. Disgusting and no excuse.
