It all depends on your perception of fun... Its basically just a collection of bars and restaurants...
I went last Sunday and it was fun! We took the train there, they had a day party going on upstairs (not sure if that's a regular thing I'm new in town) and world of beer had $2 mimosas on Sundays and a jenga tower 3ft tall. As far as family fun i saw a bowling alley and a luxury theater

Yes! There is always something going on at the Epicenter. It's subjective to what you want to do though. It's not as lively on Sunday but there's still people and things to do.
I believe everything is still open.
This place is wild and fun all of the time.
