Yes

Yes they are a co-ed facility but the girls and boys are housed and sleep on 2 different halls(hall A and hall B). Although the 2 different halls are close together, the staff keeps a very close eye at night to make sure no type of hanky panty goes on between the boys and girls or sneak into each others rooms and night. And when the boys and girls are in the recreation room together, staff makes sure boys and girls don't hold hands or sit too close together. And about the cell phones, NO NO NO ABSOLUTELY NO CELL PHONES. AND ALSO NO SMOKING EITHER. VERY STRICK ON THOSE TWO RULES.
