The absolute worst bus center I’ve ever come in contact with. Bus drivers are never permanent. The people come when ever they want to it seems like. They tell u to be out there 10 minutes early and they still come earlier or 20 min late. TERRIBLE!!!

Maybe you need to transport your own child. There is a major shortage in bus drivers right now. We are doubling and sometimes doing triple routes.

I dont have a vehicle to transport my own child did you consider thats what um... PUBLIC SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION is for? All the staff i have spoken with have been rude and unhelpful ive had to speak with supervisors instead i no longer speak with the person who answers the phone. I do not have the luxury of a vehicle to transport my children to and from school and not only that but im a single mother of 3 who works full time. Having to be late to work because your center cant even give a call to let me know they are running an hr behind to try and have someone be there to pick up my child. Yall are seriously the worst bus center ive ever had to deal with. I get a shortage and im pretty understanding but when it comes to not being able to be there on thw side of a busy road which i walk to with a 4 year old while pregnant doesn't help. Im sorry you dont see the side of people not being able to transport their own child.
