Literally SO bad. They had 24 hours to put in a prescription from the doctor. I arrived and was told 15 minute wait for medicine to be ready. Fine, I’ll shop. 15 minutes later, different person, oh it will be another 10-15 minutes…okay, I’ll leave and come back in 20. Came back after 20, different person, yeah it will be another 10 minutes. WHAT! Stop wasting peoples time and just say you’re swamped it will be hours. Terrible and will not be using Publix pharmacy again. UPDATE: After all that, they forgot to mix the antibiotic. So alas, I will be going back.

Pharmacist, a woman, was very rude! Beware of this pharmacy as they charged me 15.00 for medication but I was wise enough to switch over to CVS the same day and got the same medication for free!!!

We normally get subs from this publix location as it's near by and convenient. My wife went today 6/14 at around 7 pm and used the rest room before ordering our subs. My wife noticed that the employee who went to the rest room didnt wash their hands. "Thats nasty" she thought but paid it little mind as she went over to the deli area to order the subs. She noticed the same person making subs was also the employee who she saw in the rest room. Who ever was at the deli today used the rest room and DID NOT wash their hands. This is not the publix brand we know and love. Taking a break from this store for a while.

Great grocery store. Pharmacist tech was very rude and kept trying to explain to me how to best take a medication I've been on for 15 years. After politely telling her I understood. She then told me she was going to follow up with my pharmacist or doctor because I wasn't following the directions on the label. I was following the directions my doctor gave me. Oh well, never heard anything of that, but didn't expect too either.
