I am so disappointed, today I ordered pizza, a side salad, and 2 mini cannolis.
The bill was $32.00
The salad is NOT edible, it’s all brown and wilted just nasty. The pizza is undercooked and is lacking any flavor.
I was looking forward to this

Has never been my experience there either. I suggest you speak to them and let them know. They should hear your concerns.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. My meals at Giovanni's have always been excellent.
