The Pharmacy calls to say my prescription is ready for pickup. When I get there to pick it up, they have no prescription ready and I will have to wait to pick it up. This has happened multiple times. Terrible customer service.

Ever since the previous pharmacist left this store is always out of medication, called 3 days previous they said your medication isn't do for a refill by certain date and we will make a note and fill it, the day I'm supposed to pick it up, message we are out of your meds but placed a special order! Hello i called 3 days ago you could of put in an order then or let me know before the weekend so i could get the prescription transferred to a store that has it, now almost out of medication and can't contact Dr. Till monday!!!!!!

This was the worst experience yet for CVS, Webb Rd., Denver NC! I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was under the impression that the vaccinations I requested were free. At no point in my search was I informed that there would be a cost. The employee yelling at me over the counter as she was doing something else said in front of customers and employees that the shots were not free and that I would have to pay! Clearly, she knew I do not have medical insurance because of her questions. The professional and dignified way to handle this would have included a private conversation and perhaps alternatives offered! Won’t ever be back again!

Hands down the most rude pharmacist and pharmacy workers I’ve ever dealt with repeatedly. It doesn’t matter if your calling in or driving thru, your going to catch an attitude as your initial interaction from one of the employees who work in the pharmacy. They have messed up my account multiple times, getting my prescriptions on different schedules, billed insurance that was over 4 years old after I had given them updated coverage each time they asked, and I can’t count the times I’ve had to wait days for the them to fill a simple prescription. Honestly it’s ridiculous that nothings been done about this type of service and it’s been allowed to go on for so long. I understand being busy, but kindness is free.

Yes they do. You must go through the drive through pickup window. They don't test inside the store.
