No gazebo. They do have a covered patio area with a few picnic tables. I can't recall if there are outlets over there, but I think I remember seeing them in the bathroom.
I haven't seen a gazebo. There is a ball field, restroom building, outdoor dog park. I haven't checked the building for outlets.
