For a nose piercing do I clean it the same day I got it or with intil it heals up and then start to clean it what is the best care for a nose piercing

You use sea salt mixed with water in a spray bottle and spray around the piercing daily. Do not use neosporin or any other ointment. You can use a q tip with some of the sea salt water mix to clean around the piercing. You should keep the piercing in for 4 months. Enjoy your piercing!

You leave it in but use some saline solution to clean around the the piercing. You do not take it out for months until it is healed
