How do you get anyone on the phone? I need to tell someone when the order is wrong, twice in three weeks - what am I to do other than wait til another day.

I remember when I was a kid, I went every morning with my grandpa. We knew everyone's name lol. The phone would ring and the cook would answer it and she'd say, "yes Mrs. _______, he's here, I'll tell him to get milk on the way home". But that was over 20 years ago, funny how things change. Far as an order being wrong, you need to just write them, they see that way before they answered the phone, it wouldn't be there if they did answer, and think about all the mad people that hate mcdonalds, probably a very long line.. lol
