Went yesterday & had a fresh, 6 piece nugget & Caramel Frappe with expresso. Tasted good & was happy with how the inside looked. Manager on duty at 2:30 p.m. was great ! Will definitely return to this location. Broadway McDonald's is HORRIBLE!

The speaker in the drive-thru must be busted because the cashier was not able the hear me despite my speaking being clear and concise. I had to keep repeating myself. The cashier was still nice and apologetic when asking me to repeat myself. But overall the food was great. I had no problems with it.

Poor drive thru service. Do not use the second drive thru. You will sit and watch 3 cars in the other lane be served before you. Then be told to hold twice. Do not have the second lane open if your management is unable to properly staff.

Went through the drive thru and asked very nicely if I could get hot fresh fries. Got my order and not only were they cold and limp but half full. Went inside and asked for a full thing of hot fries and got them served with an attitude from some old white woman. Not even a sorry or have a good day. Customer service sucks
