Not true about quality. I worked there, they all come off the same lines with the same parts. Only time there is a difference is if you move up to a 300 series which is only at Deere dealer
yes. better off to buy one at john deere. The box models sold by lowes and home depot are junk. Not John Deere quality, just has the name.
