They are very rude I applied twice and Rebecca finally called me back and said I was denied an just hung up on me. I’m disabled and I don’t know how I can be denied. But it’s a blessing because I found a better apartment. I heard they have a problem there at GHA with bed bugs.

Very rude woman she mocked my brother. And I did it back she was hateful as a ex employee at frontier mental health. Not one case manager has ever been treated badly we all had a good report with all of greeneville housing. I don't appreciate it and I was insulted and called rude. She lost the guy before me application he had to redo his. I doubt I'll get apartment based on the fact she discriminated. I wish I could lawyer right her butt would trouble.

The director Rebecca Moyers is not only rude but very unprofessional. I have made an official complaint. It is however insane that someone that high feels so entitled to speak with people in the way she did. I do wish luck to everyone who needs housing.

Visiting from out of state. They literally charge their tenants for Smoke Alarms......... So basically if you have financial issues you're just SOL........ Leaves were too much work for the Maintenance person so he chopped all the Shade providing trees down. They are removing all spigots because Sprinklers are not allowed. They allow anyone to fly 40+ mph down the roads with no care for anyone living here. Do they even care about a single person living here though? Doubtful. Wish I could rate 0 star so that I didn't Up the average above 0 stars but it isn't an option!!!!!!
