My granddaughter has HS. It took us six months to get in to see her. The day of our appointment the doctor and only one staff member there. Our wait wasn't long. She is very knowledgeable in her profession. We have a follow up appointment coming soon. Hope everything goes well then
It took me 3 months to get ahold of them. I finally got an appointment at 9am. Was not greeted at all. I stood there for 10 minutes and was just ignored. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, so I signed in and sat down. Meanwhile they handed others paperwork. I went up again about 9:45 to ask what I needed to do and they told me she was in surgery, too busy to take me and told me to reschedule. Never again! They should not schedule appointments that it's impossible to take. Terrible waste of time.
We've been to this practice. It's near impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had to go there in person several times to get things done. I decided to go somewhere else. Dr. McClerkin is very knowledgeable. I just wish the business was better at handling things. It's a shame, because I wanted to support African American physicians. I've had great success with Carolina Dermatology in St. Julian Place off of Beltline Blvd. We go to Dr. Powell there. She's wonderful to work with. I hope this helps. Good luck!
Finally got an appointment I'm here right now. They called us back at 9am ..We are still waiting in the little room .No good mornings or hello from staff .Haven't seen Dr yet .Will keep yall posted
I was having trouble getting an appointment for weeks. The message was saying the mailbox is full. I pressed the option for billing and I was able to speak with someone who made me an appointment. At my appointment I mention to Dr.the trouble I had getting and appointment she told me that spectrum is working to fix her lines. I mentioned to my children pediatrician about the trouble I was having she referred us to a dermatologist in Charleston.
