Building is great and location is awesome. Management is beyond terrible. Amenities listed are being discontinued; no activity director, pool closed indefinitely, even the ice cream cooler has been broken for months. Won't follow rental contract and won't repair broken items. On site restaurant is gross, food is not edible. All of this for well above market value. Paying 2300 a month for an apartment where you can't use a pool, no activity director, food sucks. Manager will not leave her office and if you try to get her to address the problem she threatens you with write ups.

Really nice facility for senior citizens (independent living). Expensive. Would be able to be at full capacity continuously if they lowered their apartment rates. Some seniors can afford the current rates, but some of us are on extremely tight budgets.

Nice Senior living village. Good amount of room in shared apartments. Large eating areas on property. In house work out room. Use to have a woman doing hair but she isn't available anymore. Clean and secure. Sign on front door states mask must be worn but many employees not wearing mask.

We enjoy the village here. During the pandemic they have been keeping us safe. The fitness camps keep us motivated to keep moving. The people are nice.
