Every detail of all the negative reviews is correct and more. Appt 12pm, checked in 11:15 and told to wait till 5 min prior to appt. 3pm after multiple calls on my behalf I get a door. Now it’s 8pm and I’m still waiting. Somebody should take responsibility for this process and this company, it’s embarrassing how bad it is.

So far this place is trash sat 45 min in line to check in they tell ya to back up to door and wait for phone call before opening doors this employee been out here smoking for almost an hr still waiting to get back into dock and same employee is back out here

Arrive for my appointment on time got a door and spent 4 hours plus in the dock (still here) it is now 1,900 hours and 90% of the truck stops will be full and I'm out of time! I pray to God I never come back here. Update when I am finally loaded to leave in VIOLATION!

Hello Joe. I don't know. My brother works there and he suggest that you call the facility( the number should be listed on their website in Columbia) and they will be able to answer this for you. I hope this helps.
Still in construction. Not sure of opening. I'm a contractor there and have a couple more months worth of work.
