The Behavioral Health Crisis Center provides medically monitored, short-term residential services for the purpose of providing psychiatric stabilization and detoxification from drugs and alcohol. We serve as the first line community-based alternative to hospitalization for those who are uninsured and underinsured. The annual average length of stay in crisis beds of the Crisis Stabilization Program (CSP) does not exceed eight calendar days. Emphasis is placed on serving individuals in the most efficient way possible, referring individuals to outpatient services and ensuring that appointments are made to our Cobb Outpatient Services program prior to individuals leaving the CSP. The individual's Plan of Care is comprehensive and involves the individual, the clinical staff. Family members are included when appropriate.
Yes they definitely help with placement of other facilities or resources for your problems and also if you need further guidance in any other part of your recovery or anything...Good luck! 😊
