We used Findlay roofing to replace our 20 year old roof and the roof of our garden shed. The entire roof install process was top quality from beginning to end. Their sales manager along with the entire installation crew we're terrific. We knew what to expect and they meant our expectations.

Not a great experience. The tarps they put down were full of holes so there are still nails all over the yard we are finding. I had to watch them closely and take photos myself because they work so fast and started to cover up decking problems that needed to be addressed. No one could speak English so I had to call the office (twice) to get them to stop work, tear off what they started to cover up, and wait for a crew leader to show up who should have been there to start with. To make matters worse, I got a call back from Christian, the assistant manager, who was arrogant and condescending to me - trying to tell me they know better than me what needed to be done. Only after the crew leader finally showed up and we had the chance to talk did they slow down and start fixing what I pointed out.The end result was OK, but only because I stayed out there all the rest of the day watching.them. I was told they would send me their photos from up on the roof but I never recieved any. I didnt really want to write this review but they actually sent me a text asking me to write one without even talking to me about my experience first. This is a company I would not do business with again.
