No you don't pay anything.... You just pick it up once your ins com reserve it..

The insurance company is also not paying your collision or comprehensive deductible if something happens to the vehicle. Or paying the refueling charge if you don't return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel you drove off the lot with.
No they don't charge you a deposit . they hold 200 dollars on your credit card so if you don't return the car but by the time you are supposed to have it back.they can take the money they have on the card.
If the insurance company did the reservation, you shouldn't have to.
