I came to this business a little over a month ago for some knotless box braids paid 200 dollars, and my parts were so big in the back of my head it was like they rushed then told me they will redo them for me and when it was time for me to get them redone they said that they dont have any openings because they just didnt want to fix my hair. They are very unprofessional and i do not recommend them to anybody! Couldve went to somebody anybody and got a better for a cheaper price.

I had made an appointment on Friday for the next dayat 3pm. I arrived to my appointment on time, and I had to wait until my stylist got there because she had "stepped out". Once my stylist got there she started on my hair. While she was doing my hair she didn't ask me if it was too tight or didn't even have a conversation with me about anything in that matter. Three days later my braids started falling out. I felt my hair and the stylist put grease on my hair. I called them and let them know that my braids were falling out and they told me they don't know what happened but they couldn't give me a refund. I didn't want a refund I just wanted my hair to be fixed since I paid $160 for them. Don't waste your time on these people.
