I had a gift card vanilla visa. Wen i took something back they said they put back on card but didnt have to scan card. Did by receipt only. Is this correct???? Money not back on card yet

A local news station several weeks ago adress problems with gift cards. They said crooked people are going to stores getting the numbers off gift card and used it before the people who purchased it. They can check gift cards daily to see if someone has purchased that card. The money is then delete from card.

Not sur Did you call the visa customer service # on the back of the card?

Go back and tell them the money not on your cards
