They don't even deserve a star. Worst customer service. I called to speak to a manager and they lied about who the store Manager was. Brandon or Fred? Fred said I couldn't return an item bought even though I had the return barcode. And charged 20% restocking fee because the item isn't sold in the store and was bought online. I recommend never ordering from Lowes online.

It was painful to watch all the employees walking around but no one answering pages for customer assistance to glass cutting. Over 20 minute wait and multiple pages overhead. Where was management?

After I submitted a review on Lowe's in Bessemer, AL, I spoke with a customer care representative. They ensured me that the situation would be addressed. Because my project was unfinished and Home Depot doesn't carry the metal sheets I need, I went back to Lowe's to purchase more sheets. They are still listed for $36 (in my previous review I quoted $39 but it's $36). However I was charged $53. Of ALL of the workers that are standing around doing absolutely nothing, someone should be putting it where it belongs. I stand on my word that they should honor that price! It's false advertisement!

I would go to Harbor Breezes' website and check first. Lowe's would most likely carry them if so or they may offer a generic version that is universal...
The phone system could use a lot of work. Should give 3 to 4 hour delivery window. With s call before they come to you. Some delivery stops take time for setup and cleanup thst is why it is difficult to givr a closer time frame.
You have to wear a mask before you enter the store and while you're in the store but getting the customers to stay 6 ft away from each other it's something that they got they learn to do and they're not learning to do.

When you first walk in to a Lowe's store, there is a customer service desk to the left, they can do it for you.
