Harder and harder to get anyone to help me. Even harder to find someone who is knowledgeable in their department. A year layer. I go here to get 10 bags of mulch to put down this weekend. Nope. Garden center closed. I called customer service. Talked to a woman who said they didn't have anyone to work the cash register. Asked for the manager who very abruptly told me that the garden center was not open yet. She obviously was unaware that it was open on Thursday. I know that because I was there on Thursday. Unacceptable. Go across the street to get your garden supplies Nov 2021 consulted Lowes regarding a new roof. They sent an old man to assess my roof. He saud he is not alliwed on roofs. The main thing thst he pushed at me wS to get a Liwes credit card. Also that payment in full must be made prior to any twork on the roof is started. Totally ridiculous. Oct 8, 2022 Maytag washer delivered in August 2021 has been broken since Sept 16. Ive made dozens and dozens of calls to this store and to the Assurant Warranty Company that i paid for a 5 yr warranty. Still not repsired. No washer since Sept 16. Store managers, department managers at Lowes not available, no help. Assurant doesn't care, keep passing me back and forth. Don't ever buy an appliance here. All they want is your money. Don't care about your future business there. Not getting mine. .
