I had horrible service in the wireless phone department. Has anyone else been treated like they were completely irrelevant by the staff or was it just me?

they belive in treating customers bad that's why i stop shopping thier

Yes the guy in electronics was acting like I was asking him for something he new nothing about and the phone case is right there. I spent $360 dollars in there I won't be back

They never answer the phone🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

Yeah sometimes I can't stand the staff

It's just usually not anyone back there. Or u have to find someone to help

I have had questionable service in the past but lately it has gotten better.I have been looking for a toy for my son.The worker in the electronics department went to great lengths to help me understand which toy to purchase and helped me find a great laptop also.

I feel in my heart if can't help anyone, they shouldn'thave filled out the application. They are horrible
