R&R is great place for tire services... great staff... very honest and helpful... Walmart is a super center and doesn't have enough staff for their demand sometimes... and not all staff is trained the way they should be...

Well I'd guess normal operating hours would be posted as any business that Participates in Google maps you have to enter your business info. However with the unfortunate early call on the storm most businesses are closed. So I find myself calling them before I make the trip if you need supplies I did see Target opened seemed to be the only one.

No difference. Black rice is wild rice but it is a dried up grain of white rice. That's why you see a few of them scattered amongst grains of wild white rice. A whole bowl of black rice would taste bad and be very difficult to chew.
