No. That is not true. There is no # nor a"HUMAN BEING " to help you. You will be waiting MONTHS just to get a response . And even then they are just now dealing with the month of MAY requests... So it's likely you will lose your home if you're home waiting for CAP. And that's just the TRUTH.
