I went to the new Aldi's there 1 week before Thanksgiving. I was charged twice for a purchase of $356 Although they found were I was charged double it wasn't reversed immediately although I was promised it would be within a couple of days . It is now after New Year's and nothing . It's time for another face to face. I dont think I'll be shopping there again and now I have to go and talk to the manager again. It's a good thing I got a print out and my receipts

Robert, go to Target website and scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a 'Contact Us' click on that. Should show you a phone number, jobs/career and an email address. If not, go to Google and ask if Target has an email address.
No they don't have a email but they do have a website
