When I first walked in I seen workers but they just looked and kept talking amongst themselves. No hello welcome to party city, nothing. I spent a good 20 minutes in this store and the whole time I seen workers through the alise and never not once asked if I needed help 🤦‍♀️

Went to pick up pre-ordered balloons for surprise bday party, got there to pick them up a note on the door says be back in an hour. While we are waiting a pizza gets delivered and a girl comes out from back of the building and gets pizza, my wife gets and asks if she works and gets completely ignored, went back after party and there she was behind the counter. We did get our order but after the party started. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Seems like they were having issues with online orders but the ladies there were doing the best they can. They were super friendly and had fairly fast service. Their selection was a little picked over. I didn't find everything I exactly wanted, but enough where I felt satisfied.
