What type of plywood would I need to cover the ground during the winter that is waterproof and non-toxic?

Yeah this is not a place that Home Depot employs people to look at and answer. This is an in-person, in-store question.

This is not a very easy question to answer. Home Depot probably is not going to have a product that will suffice for this purpose. The only product that I could suggest would be a pressure-treated plywood which is going to have some pretty toxic chemicals in it.the only plywood that I could think that might serve a purpose like that would be a marine grade Fir plywood. What is the reasoning for covering ground with plywood?
