What would the charge be for diagnosing my 46" flat screen Mitsubishi tv. When powering on, the led light blinks continuously, but no picture on the screen. I believe the tv is from 2010

you most likely have bad main board. Send me a model number and we can look to see if the main board is available. Most of the time the repair costs exceed the value. Most main boards are in the $250 range and labor is $149 to $170 depending on the model.
